ModelToMake, Inc. (we, us) operates modeltomake.com. We store only what the product needs to function: your account profile, saved addresses, orders, generated models, and the marketing-attribution tags you consent to (see Cookie Policy). We do not store passwords (authentication is handled by our identity provider) or payment-card numbers (payments are processed by Stripe).

You can download a full copy of your personal data, or request deletion, from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We retain order and tax records as required by applicable tax law.

We use only strictly-necessary cookies (authentication, cart, security) at this time and do not currently load third-party analytics or advertising tags.

By using ModelToMake you agree to upload and publish only content you have the right to share, and not to infringe any third party’s intellectual property. Uploaded models are reviewed for printability and policy compliance before publishing; we may remove content that violates these terms, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

AI-generated models are produced on-demand and reviewed for printability. Output is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

Prices are quoted at checkout and vary by material, finish, and size. Free shipping applies to orders over $50 to the contiguous US; international shipping is calculated at checkout. Applicable taxes — including US sales tax and EU/UK VAT — are calculated and collected at checkout where required by law, based on the delivery address. We do not charge tax we are not obligated to collect, and we collect tax we are obligated to where required by law.

Refunds. Each order is custom-manufactured to your specification. You may cancel and receive a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not available. If an item arrives defective or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free reprint or a full refund. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind after production has begun.

Creators earn a royalty on each physical unit sold of their published designs. Royalties and payout terms are shown in the Creator Studio dashboard. Payouts are subject to a minimum balance and a settlement window that accounts for refunds and disputes. By publishing a model you grant ModelToMake a non-exclusive license to manufacture and fulfill it for buyers, and you confirm you hold the rights to the design.

We may withhold or reverse royalties tied to fraudulent, refunded, or disputed orders, and may suspend payouts pending investigation of policy violations.

ModelToMake respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent).
• Identification of the copyrighted work and the infringing material’s location (model URL).
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the same agent. Upon a valid counter-notice we may restore the content unless the original complainant files suit within 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with our repeat-infringer policy.
