How long does printing take?
Most orders start production within 24 hours of payment and ship within 5–7 business days, depending on the material and size. You can follow progress in Order Details.
Which materials are available?
We currently offer PLA, resin, nylon and stainless steel. Each model shows the materials it is compatible with on its detail page.
How is pricing calculated?
Price depends on the material, model size (scale), surface finish and quantity. You can adjust these on the model page and see the price update instantly.
Can I sell my own 3D models?
Yes — sign in, open the Creator Studio and upload a model. Published models are visible in the store and you earn a revenue share on every sale.
How do I track my order?
Open Orders from your account menu. Each order shows a status timeline plus a tracking number once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
What is your return policy?
If a printed part arrives damaged or doesn’t match the approved configuration, we replace it at no cost within 14 days of delivery.
